Submitted by Josh Marenger

Batch size: 5 gal

Malt Bill:
11 lbs Rahr 2-row Pale malt
1 lbs Briess Crystal 40L

Mash at 152° for 60 min
OG: 1.056

Hop Bill:
0.75 oz Centennial @ 60 min
1 oz Centennial @ 20 min
2 oz Centennial @ 5 min
1 oz Centennial Dry Hopped for 10 days
IBUs: 61

Fermentation:
Yeast - have used WYeast 1056 American Ale and cultured Bell's yeast
Temp - 70-76° (wish I had some temp control)
Duration - 24 days
FG: 1.009
ABV: 6.1%

Notes:
This is a Two Hearted clone. Northern Brewer calls theirs the "Three Hearted Ale". I went in the opposite direction and called mine Tin Man Ale because, well, he has no heart.
This beer was presented at the 10/19/08 BDNB meeting
